but after a short time I often had to wait 2+ days for simple answers.\nThe answers were superficial and sometimes only answered part of the question, which meant I often had to repeat my questions.\nContact with the doctors was good, I have nothing to complain about there.\nIt is just a bit annoying that you have to wait for an appointment with a doctor for the smallest medical questions instead of the question being briefly forwarded in writing and answered.\nI also had to wait 2 hours for my room the be ready on the day of my arrival (I was asked to be there at 15:00 and the room was ready at 17:20)\n\nAccommodation and food:\nThe food tasted very good but sadly cold at most times.\nThe rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable, even if the design is a bit impractical in some places.\nIt was also a bit chilly (setting the temperature to 23\u00b0C just for it to stay at 20.4\u00b0C)\n\nMedical care:\nFirst of all, I don't speak Spanish, but I expected that English would be ok, as the website and the services are clearly aimed at English speakers.\nThe staff were very friendly, unfortunately many didn't understand English at all, but some could and others made an effort to communicate.\nThe first few days were a bit bumpy, but after that it went quite well.\nThe median wait time for the call button was around 20 minutes, which is too much in my opinion, but I don't know what the norm is in Spain. I couldn\u2019t be happier. Due to the care I received, I decided to go with the IM clinic again for a Metoidioplasty just under two weeks ago. I\u2019\u2019m extremely happy with the results already, despite still being in the early stages of recovery. Dr Labanca, Dr Manero and Dr Brandalisio have all been amazing to me.\n\nI honeslty couldn\u2019t recommend the clinic enough. As an international patient travelling from the UK, I wasn\u2019t sure what to expect but I\u2019ve never been treated and respected so well. I was never made to feel uncomfortable once,\nthe Drs, nurses, cleaners, restaurant staff, and patient coordinators are amazing and are all so kind and helpful eventhough I don\u2019t speak any Spanish.
